Enlisted is a massively multiplayer online shooter game reenacting World War II battles developed by Darkflow Software and published by Gaijin Entertainment.
Online first-person squad shooter where infantry, ground vehicles and aircraft fight together on the same map. Players control a squad of 4-9 soldiers of different classes equipped with weapons such as rifles, machine guns, machine guns, sniper rifles, mortars, anti-tank weapons and flamethrowers; alternatively, they can control the crew of a tank or an aircraft pilot. Players control one of the soldiers in their squad and can issue orders to other AI soldiers in their squad.
In Enlisted, players fight across large maps based on the major battles of World War II on the Eastern and Western fronts. Depending on the map, players can choose to play as the Red Army, the Wehrmacht, or the US Army; The British army will be added later in the game's development. At launch, the game features the Battle of Moscow and the Normandy Operation, the Tunisian Campaign and the Storming of Berlin are said to be added later in the development process of the game.
